Sue helped us with a situation where a non paying tenant of a rental was supposed to have vacated the premises. Her agency did a great job and provided us with pictures and descriptions of what was going on. I have only interacted with Sue in a friendship setting. I have noticed that she operates out of a sense of purpose which is evident through her troubleshooting skills. She can relate to customers by her past experiences and eagerness to learn the job at hand.
