We needed their help to identify what tenants were doing after many complaints about them. They were able to provide report of the criminal drug related activity that was occurring at our property and which allowed us to get them evicted along with guiding us with steps to take to get the very aggressive and dangerous tenant to finally move out. Through the entire ordeal they were able to also guide us to make sure we are safe and gather evidence that could be passed to law enforcement agencies. We are grateful for their work.

I hired Susan when I was trying to find answers to my granddaughters death in Cancun. She spend a lot of hours tracking people, reports, and just about everything I could have wanted in this case. I have only interacted with Sue in a friendship setting. I have noticed that she operates out of a sense of purpose which is evident through her troubleshooting skills. She can relate to customers by her past experiences and eagerness to learn the job at hand. The one true attribute that is essential in law enforcement is impeccable integrity and excellent listening skills and Sue has them both.
